Bring your own belongings to The Pointe to make it your home away from home. Each unfurnished unit still provides you with a full sized washer and dryer as well as the standard kitchen appliances.
Don’t want to worry about the hassle of moving furniture? We’ve got you covered with our fully-furnished units. Each furnished unit comes with a couch, loveseat, coffee table and two end tables in the family room, a kitchen table with four chairs in the kitchen and a queen-sized bed, 5- drawer dresser and night stand in each bedroom.
Security is of primary importance for all our residents and guests. To make sure your student accommodation is safe and secure, we provide a home security system in every unit, which comes at no additional cost.
The Pointe offers a few different payment options, so you can choose what works best for you. We accept check, money order and credit/debit cards. We also offer the option to be set up on ACH, which is an automatic withdrawal from your account.
We have a few different utility package options to choose from, whichever fits your budget the best!.
Your account will be debited on the 5th of each month, unless the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday. If that is the case, your account will be debited on the following business day.
The Pointe’s lease agreement is legally binding and cannot be broken. If you have signed a lease and can no longer live at The Pointe, you are responsible for the full terms of your lease or until you find someone to sublease from you.
Use our online tenant portal to submit any maintenance requests. If you need login info or help, please contact the clubhouse.
Call 573-228-9016 and leave a voicemail with your name, unit number and phone number. We will return your call as quickly as possible. You can also text us at 573-356-9251.
Packages will be delivered directly to your door if the correct address is given. If no one is home, the carrier will deliver the package to the clubhouse during business hours. We will notify you if a package arrives to the clubhouse.
Rent is due on the 1st, late after the 5th. Late Fees are $10 PER DAY retroactive back to the 1st. (Paying on the 6th means $60 additional payment for late fees.)
There is one simple form to fill out. Just fill it out, attach a voided check, and that is it! You can use automatic withdrawal to pay for both rent and/or any overages on utilities.
No, it does not. Renter’s insurance is generally inexpensive, so we suggest buying this to cover your belongings.
Pets are allowed in unfurnished units only. There is a $300 non-refundable deposit per pet and an additional $30 rent each month depending on the size of the animal. A pet agreement is required and it must be approved by management before having a pet.
All residents can access the fitness center during clubhouse hours. If you would like 24 hour access you can purchase a key fob at the clubhouse for a $10 flat fee.
Yes, we have a private shuttle for all Pointe residents.
he $50 per person utility allowance has been awesome and we've only had to pay out of pocket for utilities 2 or 3 times. Having access to the gym 24/7 is great and the park behind the apartments is perfect for running or playing basketball. Having four and a half bathrooms is AMAZING, and all of the furnishings utilities are really nice!
It’s close to downtown and campus and has great access to the highways! The pool is the perfect size and tends to stay pretty quiet. My room and closet is the perfect size for all of my stuff. There is a ton of parking for friends and family when they visit! The management and staff are very accommodating and helpful and it’s all at a very reasonable price when compared to other off-campus student living apartments.
The rooms are fairly large and they're spread out from one another giving a sense of privacy. Also, each room comes with it's own bathroom as well. If you're a fairly introverted person and don't like hearing other people or other people hearing you, then you will like this aspect of The Pointe. Also, it comes with free internet, a washer and dryer, furnished, and utilities are included (at least when I was living here), not to mention that a basketball court, a track, and a tennis court are within walking distance.
It is a great place to live and as a student the shuttle is extremely convenient to provide transportation to and from the Mizzou campus. The employees are also very friendly and personal which makes it feel more like home. The apartments come completely furnished so you don't have to do any heavy lifting either!!
The management is always responsive and always does their best to help with situations when they can. The apartments themselves are also great. They are very spacious and allow roommates to spend time together in common areas while also having good space to spend time alone when needed. I couldn't say enough to express our wonderful experience with The Pointe. I would recommend the complex to any college student in Columbia.
Close to campus and in close proximity to many stores and food places. The management team is great, and my questions are always answered in a timely manner. The apartments themselves are very spacious and come with great utilities. I recommend the pointe to any student looking for a safe and affordable place to live!
The management is well-organized and super friendly. The layout of each apartment is awesome, with each bedroom having its own personal bathroom. For as nice as these apartments are, they are also super affordable! I have already resigned for next year!
Excellent place to live. Close to campus, roomy floor plans, and great tenant service. Lauren in the office was a lifesaver when I had an issue with an online order being delivered to the wrong address.
Management is very helpful, and the units are incredibly spacious! There is plenty of parking, and Rock Quarry park is practically in your backyard.
The location is perfect, and the value is awesome! Huge bedrooms and closets, each with their own private bathroom. Pool, gym, shuttle to campus... what more could you ask for!

The town homes are very nice, modern, spacious, and clean. They are built with quality in mind, unlike most other student apartment complexes in Columbia. I enjoyed living there very much. The management staff were all very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make you feel at home and to help with whatever you needed. Parking was never an issue as they have a lot of parking spots. Maintenance issues were rare, but when we had some, the problem was fixed speedily and well. It's in a perfect location and right next to Rock Quarry Park which was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place!
BreAnna is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to any problems we have. The Pointe is very affordable and the apartments themselves are built with quality unlike some of the others in Columbia.
